The team at ESG is led by deeply talented and experienced construction professionals. They have grown up in construction and roofing and run successful businesses before joining forces to create a company that combines their years of knowledge with an unprecedented focus on creating lasting relationships and partnerships with their customers.
Founder & Manager.
Kyle knows roofs. He is a fourth-generation roofing business owner having started on the crew at his father’s company in Oklahoma and working his way up to ownership.
His 30-plus years of experience in all aspects of roofing helps him deliver the right solutions for every building owner with a goal of creating long-term relationships.
Owner and CEO.
Julie has spent nearly her entire career in the construction industry. Early in her career, she excelled in project management and oversight of large projects for CDI contractors located in Little Rock, Arkansas. Later, Julie became a key account manager of a large concrete company that provided services in many states of the U.S. From there she accepted the position of CEO of Exterior Solutions Group, a commercial roofing company with locations in several states. Recently she was afforded the opportunity to purchase ESG where she serves as CEO.
Director of Business Resources.
Gary is a lifelong Okie, growing up in Cordell, Oklahoma. He has worked with Exterior Solutions Group since 1999. Prior professional experience includes Superintendent of Schools, Principal, Teacher, Coach, and Master Sergeant with over 25 years in the Army/Army Reserves.

Vice President.
Kerry is a lifelong Oklahoman with more than 40 years of entrepreneurial and commercial business experience. For the past eight years, he has specialized in the commercial roofing industry, working with business owners, property managers, and facility teams to provide reliable roofing solutions that protect their buildings and operations.
Kerry understands that a commercial roof is a major investment. He is known for his honest approach, clear communication and commitment to helping clients make informed decisions about their roofing systems. Whether it’s roof replacement, repairs, or long-term maintenance planning, Kerry focuses on delivering dependable service and solutions that keep businesses protected.
Area Sales Manager.
A lifelong Oklahoman from Broken Arrow, Ben has been to every corner of Oklahoma putting on new roofs. Client management and client relationships are paramount, and Ben specializes in both of those fields to provide the roof expertise that clients are looking for.
Ben has a passion for delivering results for any/all Oklahoma schools – and all public institutions – that are always in need of superior roofing systems.
Accounting & Maintenance Program Manager.
Dayton grew up in Talihina, Oklahoma, where life is simple and everyone knows everyone. Growing up in a small town taught her the value of hard work, treating people right, and staying grounded, which are lessons she carries with her every day.
As a teen, she began working in her family’s lumberyard where she discovered a passion for the construction industry. After earning her degree in finance from the University of Central Oklahoma, Dayton spent several years working as a financial advisor, helping people reach their financial goals, before returning to her construction roots as part of the ESG team.
